The iBooks themselves are going for around $500 or so. Thus, the $50 price was truly absurd and has nothing to do with Mac users; it has to do with speculators making an obvious easy profit. As for security, once we have a major virus attack that actually gets large numbers of Mac users (say 10,000 plus), I'll acknowledge that there's a problem. Right now, there isn't. So I found this place to get the classic sounds: http://www.macupdate.com/info.php/id/19079 Sounds in Mac OSX with no problem (must authenticate of course since you're adding to the System). It has 40+ sounds all in .aiff format. They really should have carried in more of the classic sounds. Once you mentioned the immortal quack, I just had to have it.
