RFK Jr. didn't blame Barbour for a hurricane; he merely implicated him as part of an industry-driven campaign to marginalize environmental issues, one result of which is a worse hurricane problem such as the one we're now witnessing.</description>

Food, water, liquids, and basic clothing? That's not looting.

Big-screen TV, computers, electronics (as I read somewhere)? Looting.

Shoot someone in a store that sells all of the above? Tough call, unless you base it on what they have in the cart.

Shoot someone in a Circuit City? Yes.

And of course it's a lower priority than saving people.</description>

		<description>I'm curious where you draw the line? If they need food and water what do they do? They obviously can't wait for the store to go back to business as usual.

Personally, I don't really think that it's high on the priority list right now.</description>
