&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="left"&gt;This is already happening.  The Second Vermont Republic has already held caucuses on secession.

&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="left"&gt;&lt;i&gt;- Online TV, the ultimate in media convergence, will signal the decline of the communication industryâ€™s monopoly on broadcast news and entertainment.&lt;/i&gt;

&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="left"&gt;From a technology standpoint, we are already seeing this.  Telecom (The bells) and cable companies are starting to enter into each others markets.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
