It is somewhat disappointing to see that he is giving private speeches after sitting in on the last Fed board meeting. It would be one thing if it were a public speech and available to all. However, as it was handled people have to assume that those in that room received insight not available to the rest of us. At a minimum he should have waited until after the next Fed meeting.
