HTML version of first listing for Feb. shows Butler, Hamco, and Clerco at 5.4, 5.6, and 5.6. All are better than the state average, which isn't indicated, but I think is about 5.8. Looking at some of the counties, I'd say Blackwell should concentrate on econ if he's going to appeal to the rural areas.
