#2, #5, like you, I don't want to re-live either primary, but since you asked...
After the loss last year, Tom sent out an email to his db, the media, elected officials, etc., a week before COAST ran their ads. His email [in many opinions] took out of context something Schmidt said at one of the debates, then attempted to twist it to insinuate that she was not pro-life.

Now, no issues that I ever had with Schmidt had to do with her NOT being pro-life. In fact, that was one of the things about her I was OK with.

So, you had Tom sending out emails saying that Schmidt was not pro-life, as his group was SIMULTANEOUSLY firming up details with a pro-abortion PAC to run ads against her. What in the heck?

That is when my support for Tom & COAST hit the wall. And I'm not alone.

Perhaps this reveals another reason the MSM types hate blogs - there's no "editing process" to hide behind.

Uh, Jim - you should be ashamed for coming up with this legislation in the first place.
"Pro-life". Yeah, right.

#1, specifics would be welcome, unless you're talking about the general tenor of his dislike for Jean Schmidt.

So lemmee get this straight, it's OK for Brinkman to take anyone and everyone out of context in order to manipulate public perception, but boy, when it happens to him, he stomps his wittle feet and and wants it retracted YESTERDAY! The duplicity is staggering.
