Thanks for the heads-up. The PD blog update might have come after you saw it. The lien was still hanging but the state had their money. As noted above, it’s no longer a Dealbreaker unless someone can show that the taxes that were indeed paid were still paid very late.

I won’t vouch for their record of accuracy, but the Plain Dealer is saying the tax bill was paid years ago and it was an administrative oversight on the part of the state.
