I think the obvious thing would, esp if you know somone at the BOE, to make them aware of the problem potential if they are not already. I believe they should institute a firing-offense gag rule on all employees engaged in early-vote scanning and counting, a prohibition of ANY kind of phone call in or out except relating to family and emergencies during the scanning and counting process.
