You Mess with Life, You Pay a Price

From the BBC:

China will have 30 million more men of marriageable age than women by 2020, making it difficult for them to find wives, according to a national report.

The gender imbalance could lead to social instability, the report by the State Population and Family Planning Commission warned.

It found that around 118 boys were born to every 100 girls in 2005.

There’s a word for this: Unsustainable.

  2. Good! China is hugely over-populated currently! This will be a correction, when the women can only have so many children! This world is so hugely overpopulated, it’ll be healthy to have some population decline

  3. #2, assuming you’re serious, you don’t address the issue of what millions of men with no marriage prospects are to do because of the M/F imbalance caused by the one-child policy.

The world is NOT hugely overpopulated anyway.
