Many of these companies can respond faster than the military because they are no constrained by some the rules of engagements. The majority of the folks working in these companies are retired military or those that got earlier to work for better pay. These folks are 100 percent committed to our nation and this effort. There are a few bad apples, but by and large they are first rate and great Americans. I guess I am slightly biased as number of my good friends from the Army work over there. Tom;
