  2. The stats show disproportionate involvement in drunken-driving fatalities by illegals, esp on miles driven. That is , I believe, beyond dispute.

    Geraldo is also DEAD wrong about the prison population, which is definitely disproportionately represented by illegals bigtime. That is absolutely beyond dispute:
