I love their recommendations, especially the one about evaluating military bases to determine oif they would be adversely affected by sea level changes.  Even if th global warming theory turned out by some fluke to be true, the length of time it would take to be affecting sea level would be greater than the length of the Cold War.  Do our vaunted retired admirals and generals not believe that we may have geostrategic reasons for moving the darn bases long before any of them could possibly get wet?</description>
