#5, The home page says that they will go on unaffected because they are â€œlicensed to Antioch University,â€ presumably meaning the national umbrella HQâ€™d (I think) in California.

So it would appear that they are unaffected.

I took the percentage offset claimed by the Realtors to represent the difference between the averages of all homes sold. The home in Milwaukee for sale right now with an asking price of $11,900,000 is not for sale by owner. That will distort the average by more than 16%.
