		<description>I saw this story a month ago I think.  The argument the Chinese and according to your story, now the Gorbal Warming nuts, is that per person, the Chinese pollute less than the evil United States.

On the other hand, China's economy, GDP wise, is 5.2 times smaller than ours.  So with an economy that is 5x smaller than ours, they pollute as much as us.
