Anyone who wants a tax increase should have to say exactly what they think the highest marginal rate should be. Most Americans think that rates should be no more that 20%-25% of income (average, not marginal) when polled.

It points out that Warren Buffett, who says the rich don&#039;t pay enough, is wrong.  Have you seen it?  The economics look pretty compelling, but I&#039;m not expert.  You might want to check it out because it is topical and important.</description>
