I agree that the use of the &quot;Campaign for Ohio&#039;s Future&quot; signatures is questionable, but when I asked a local lawmaker, I was told that it is a glitch in the law and that it was indeed the case (even if people move out of the state, the wording is changed, etc.).  

Will try to find out more...</description>
