#1, as I understand it, CJ is a HUGE company and is not about to go bankrupt over this (in relation to their size) relatively minor matter.

FWIW, the apartment building sector is pretty strong, based on last month’s report on building permits. Don’t know whether that’s the case in CT, though.

I wonder what would happen if Corcoran Jennison ompletely killed the project or went bankrupt. I don’t see how any housing project conceived during the bubble will make it given collapsing real estate prices and a year’s worth of inventory on the market.
