FWIW, the apartment building sector is pretty strong, based on last month's report on building permits. Don't know whether that's the case in CT, though.</description>

		<description>I wonder what would happen if Corcoran Jennison ompletely killed the project or went bankrupt. I don't see how any housing project conceived during the bubble will make it given collapsing real estate prices and a year's worth of inventory on the market.</description>
