As noted in Part 1, I stopped paying attention during the primary. Perhaps what Latta did is a Dealbreaker. First glance: It looks borderline; there’s a near-apology, maybe a real one hiding out there somewhere (as you know, I have a soft spot for “I was wrong, I am sorry”). There appear to be attempts to kiss and make up. If I had four hours to burn, I might be inclined to figure it out, but I don’t. All I needed for Weirauch was 5 minutes. If OH-05 voters think Latta crosses the line, well, that’s why people stay home, vote for another candidate on the ballot, or do a write-in. Given Weirauch’s grievous indefensible Dealbreakers, I would hope that you are investigating other candidates, if any (I haven’t looked very hard, but I don’t think there are any others), or handing out write-in pens now.
