The third lowest is 30 in June of 2003. For Hostile causes, the total is still 14, which is the lowest since Feb. 2004, which had 12, and the third lowest ever (May 2003 had 8). May the reductions continue. #1, for total US fatalities, the count is now 21, which is the lowest total since Feb. 2004, which had 20, and the second lowest ever. The third lowest is 30 in June of 2003.
