I have never have trusted a person for instance who is so vociferous in saying “I hate all liars” for that exact reason and it usually comes to be that they themselves are the most deceptive. What you spout against or hate the most in others is usually buried deep inside yourself. Look at the preachers, priests, or religious clergy who spout against whatever sin with hellfire and damnation and go out and commit the same thing ’secretly’. Be wary of any one who is that adamant and vitriolic against something, a real tell tale sign.

The pages from the bulletin show nothing more than Christian minister choosing to expose his congregation to the thoughts and beliefs of a Muslim. That does not offend me.

That’s why I said “I’ve linked so you can decide.” You’ve decided. Fine. The post’s purpose was to note that others have seen even more in the original content than I thought was there.

I wasn’t aware of the profanity in the Jillosophy comments, and have added a warning as to their existence. Thanks for the heads-up. Pipes says that he screen his comments, and appears to.

Seriously, I know nothing about Safi, Pipes, “Jill” or the PMU, so I followed your links. The PMU link leads to a list of principles that sound about right to me.

The two Daniel Pipes’ links lead to little evidence, other than Pipes’ say-so. It is obvious, however, that Pipes does not like being called out personally.

The Jillosophy link is beneath your readers, if not you. Any post that begins, “We are finally getting to fill in the blanks about Mubarak Mohammed Hussein Obama…” is not to be taken seriously. I blame Limbaugh for starting it, but conservatives really need to stop the name-calling. And Tom, we don’t expect to read profanity here, so a warning, when you choose to link to it, is always appreciated.
