Things I’d Like to Post About Today ….. (061908, Morning)
….. But I Don’t Have Any Time For:
- Oh, stop it (HT Michelle Malkin) — Senator and Countrywide VIP (that would be “Very Impudent Politician”) Chris Dodd of Connecticut claims that “he has known since 2003 that his mortgage with Countrywide Financial was designated a ‘VIP’ account, but continued to deny allegations he received any discounts when he refinanced two loans.” So Dodd supposedly didn’t know what market interest rates were when he did his refis. Dood is chair of the Senate Committe on Banking. Heaven help us.
- Rush weighs in on the Associated Press — “The AP is just an enlarged fax machine that sends out talking points disguised as news stories.”
- Debbie Schlussel reports that among the “community leaders” the presidential candidate I refer to as Mr. BOOHOO-OUCH” (Barack O-bomba Overseas Hussein “Obambi†Obama - Objectively Unfit Coddler of Haters) visited Tuesday in Metro Detroit was Hezbollah agent Osama Siblani. At a 2006 pro-Hezbollah rally at Dearborn City Hall, Siblani “asked all those in attendance to have a moment of silence ‘for the (Palestinian terrorist) martyrs.’” Charming.
- Yesterday, the presidential candidate I refer to as JS3M3 (John Sidney the Mad Maverick McCain III) called for “the construction of 45 new nuclear reactors by 2030.” Sounds like a lot, until you realize that France, which has about 20% of our population, has 41.
- Does anyone besides a bunch of Democratic politicians believe that the government can own and run refineries better than the oil companies? Every Democratic politician should be asked if they agree with their colleagues.
- While on the subject of asking questions of politicians, Victoria Wells Wulsin Whatever (VW3 for short) should be asked, now that yet another Haditha Marine has been exonerated, how proud she is of false Haditha atrocity accuser John Murtha, who came to Ohio’s Second District to speak at a VW3 campaign event in 2006.
- All Sharpton is in it real deep (HT Instapundit) — “Sharpton himself, his business entities and his nonprofit civil-advocacy group owe millions in back taxes, documents show.” Just another FOB (Friend of Barack). A reminder: “The Reverend Al Sharpton won the hearts of delegates to the Democratic National Convention with a rousing and raucous speech” — at the 2004 Democratic National Convention.

Excellent as usuall, my dear. You’ve nailed some of the sites I’m visiting today. Great minds think alike, eh? Okay, I’ll stop trying to hang onto your coattails. lol Keep up the great work.
