Things I’d Like to Post About Today ….. (070808, Morning; Current Stuff Edition)
….. But I Don’t Have Any Time For:
- Orin Kerr at Volokh (HT Instapundit) has a list of 10 people whom the presidential candidate I refer to as “Mr. BOOHOO-OUCH (Barack O-bomba Overseas Hussein “Obambi†Obama - Objectively Unfit Coddler of Haters) would seriously nominating to the Supreme Court. They include current miserable Massachusetts Governor Deval Patrick and previous Deputy Attorney General and 2000 Elian Gonzalez seizure enabler Eric Holder. I don’t follow things closely enough to know much about the others on the list, but if the two lighweights just mentioned aren’t anti-Obama motivators (regardless of your party), I don’t know what would be.
- Gordon Brown had a meal of (infamous) renown.
- Good to see that a few commenters at Patterico’s place xref’d to the Weapons of Mass Discussion Obama Flip-Flop Collection when Patterico put out a call for a comprehensive list.
- Michelle Malkin nails CNN’s (Clueless News Network’s) incredibly weak coverage of war hero Bud Day.
- Congress Frets As Its Ratings Plummet. Sorry, I think it’s crocodile tears. The congressional majority and its party’s presidential candidate are calculating that the POR (Pelosi-Obama-Reid) Economy will increase their majority and get Mr. BOOHOO-OUCH elected. If the country’s economy deteriorates in the meantime — oh well, too bad, so sad. Anything for the cause.
Just thinking about who Obama would nominate to the SC makes me nervous. I dont think ht would put up a “moderate.”
