And why not? Macca has already had a shockingly easy ascent to the GOP nomination, ending that race luckier than Ringo Starr when he joined The Beatles in 1962 AND Ann Curless, the gorgeous tall blonde singer from Exposé, when she joined HER group in 1986 ... COMBINED. Now that luck is growing further ... and now that Macca and his campaign are actively fighting the Obama camp's smears, even debunking the lies about the Obama site, FightTheTruth.CUBA, and Macca's camp are actively countering every move from the Obama camp, and the American people are learning the truth through Independent Media outlets like this blog, it is clear to see that Macca and his camp can go nowhere but up, no matter HOW MANY lies the Establishment Media spin about Macca. I would not be surprised to see Macca win with a commanding margin like that with which Richard Nixon won with in 1968 against Minnesota Senator Hubert Humphrey or in 1972 against South Dakota Senator George McGovern (who carried only Massachusetts and DC). He might even wind up with a victory margin not unlike that which Franklin Roosevelt enjoyed in 1936 against Kansas Senator Alf Landon --- who garnered just eight electoral votes --- but Macca and his camp must work harder to convince the American people of the bankrupt value of his empty words and policies. That said, it is all but certain we are going to enjoy a McCain presidency --- whether he chooses Mitt, Huck, or Charles Manson for a running mate.
