#11, I see my second-in-command Official BizzyBlog Obama supporter has weighed in.

I'll repeat the comment I made to the Lead Official BizzyBlog Obama supporter earlier at the next thread.

+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

You’re a laugh riot.

On the GOP side, we have one guy with years of military and legislative experience and a woman who has been Chief Executive of the largest state in the union (areawise) and a CIC (of the AK National Guard). Each candidate has (or will have) a son in Iraq.

On the other side, we have a serial speech plagiarizer who got an F in ROTC in college (how do you DO that?). And that’s the one who has “experience” — and he’s at the bottom of the ticket. At the top, we have a radical, gaffe-prone, ignorant while insufferably arrogant, corrupt, race-baiting machine politician, who has to find out from his advisers what he should be saying today, posing as an agent of change.

Not to mention that our gal HAS babies, even “imperfect” ones, while your top guy is bound and determined to help anyone so inclined to kill them.

I think we all might be better off with Palin at the top of the ticket — but I can wait 8 years for that.

++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Oh, and I'll add that Obama has no governmental or military executive experience.

As to your predictive powers, let me remind you of the following from August 22:

Keep drinking that kool-aid wingnuts. Anyway, you are either getting The Mittster or Holy Joe Loserman as a VP candidate.

Uh, not exactly.

Remind me not to go to the racetrack with you.

McCain has undercut his one single argument against Obama, about lack of experience. McCain is 72 years old and repeated bouts of cancer. This woman is a literal heartbeat away from the oval office. She's been governor of a small population state for 20 months and mayor of a town of 6500. This is a worse pick than Dan Quayle. What was McCain thinking? For God's sake, Lieberman would have been a better pick, or Jindal or Romney. After Obama's speach last night the GOP can kiss this one goodbye.

Great pick!

Tom,

 When are you having the "hey, it's not Romney Party?" :-)

 Seriously, I stopped worrying about Romney as soon as the McCain team rolled out the Biden ads. I was confident they would not pick a nominee who's comments could be similarly used.

A most acceptable choice if this is McCain's actual pick. If it is, the conservative base will start getting interested in this race with certain caveats.

I can't argue with this selection (if it is Palin). While I'll agree that she is not the most experienced VP nominee I don't see that being a particularly effective tactic for the Dems. The presidency is not on the job training, but the VP slot essentially is a training role. Beyond that, she in the number two slot would have more experience than the Dem presidential nominee.

She got the not so coveted "Pain Dealer" endorsement yesterday.

Since then her odds on Intrade have gone through the roof.

Coincdence? Probably.
