Go talk to the Rogers family, and stop using wrongful influence to harm people, he is not that powerful of a Congressman, did not look good nearly falling over Foley, and his relative wanting to head to the Michigan legislature is in no position to be seen for a favor doer, especially brutal favors. That area in Michigan sounds like the CBC which Palin took on.

Therefore the reason why Hillary Clinton did not get the Dem nomination is strictly due to SEXISM. It’s time for the Dem party to fish or cut bait, EITHER women are EQUAL to men or they are SECOND CLASS CITIZENS. Which is it? John McCain and most of the GOP BELIEVE that WOMEN are EQUAL and this was demonstrated by his choice. The fact that Palin thanked Ferraro as being the first woman ever to be nominated as VP shows she has class and the MSM and Dems do not. Ferraro even said no Dem ever thanked her publicly as Palin did. So who was pandering and being patronizing when Mondale nominated her? The Dems.

You as Dems have every right to disagree with Palin on the ISSUES, however you may NOT disqualify her service BECAUSE she is a WOMAN. For all those who wish to raise the ‘experience’ question – do you honestly believe that Gov. Palin is too inexperienced to be President (a post for which, btw, she is NOT running for) despite being the Governor of Alaska for nearly 2 years and a mayor for many years before that, while Sen Obama is experienced enough to be President (a post he is running for)? If you honestly believe Palin is inexperienced, there is now way you could support Obama. Palin brings in executive experience, McCain and Biden bring Washington, foreign policy experience – what exactly does Obama bring in? Neither of the 2.

Also, it is incorrect to see the choice of Gov Palin as a gimmick to pander to the women voters. While that is a bonus, the most important point is that she would be an excellent person for the role of VP in McCain’s administration, with the executive experience, to help him run the country effectively. None of us know too much about her, but whatever little Ive heard so far is immensely impressive. I request all voters to give her a fair chance, do some research and find out about her, and you will see that her candidacy is no gimmick.

On the GOP side, we have one guy with years of military and legislative experience and a woman who has been Chief Executive of the largest state in the union (areawise) and a CIC (of the AK National Guard). Each candidate has a son in Iraq.

On the other side, we have a serial speech plagiarizer who got an F in ROTC in college (how do you DO that?). And that’s the one who has “experience” — and he’s at the bottom of the ticket. At the top, we have a radical, gaffe-prone, ignorant while insufferably arrogant, corrupt, race-baiting machine politician, who has to find out from his advisers what he should be saying today, posing as an agent of change.

Not to mention that our gal HAS babies, even “imperfect” ones, while your top guy is bound and determined to help anyone so inclined to kill them.

I think we all might be better off with Palin at the top of the ticket — but I can wait 8 years for that.

The Maverick displayed seriously poor judgment, and it ultimately will not turn out well. My advice to you is to distance yourself. Apparently, McCain has only met face-to-face with this woman on two occasions, the second time to put her on his ticket.
