‘Trashing’ of Sarah Palin Moving up the News Food Chain?

This isn’t a so-called “newspaper of record,” but the Post Chronicle is a recognized Google News source whose headquarters is in Metro New York and also has a Midwest Office.

One of its staff writers, Mitch Marconi, penned an item which appears as follows in the aforementioned Google News:

A picture of the actual article, which refers to quotes at a blog post that don’t exist, follows (empty space at the original was eliminated):

There’s only one problem, Mr. Marconi (actually more, but I’ll get to them in a bit): Neither the words “trailer” or “trash” were anywhere to be found in the 74 comments at the blog post you referred to as of 6:10 p.m., let alone “trailer trash.”

In other words, unless the blog proprietor deleted some comments, you’re just making it up. And if it does transpire that comments were deleted because of poor taste, the blog proprietor is showing a greater sense of decorum than you clearly have.

Your fashion sense may need a little work too, sir. I’m no expert, but I did find lots of hoop earrings at places like Nieman Marcus (92 items) and Bloomingdale’s (32). Prices at Nieman Marcus are as high as $12,000. These stores will surely be pleased to know that you consider them to be trailer trash hangouts.

As to that “trailer trash” appellation, Ms. Palin now has something in common with another woman the Obamacrats scorned.

If they keep this up, there will be No Demographic Left Unalienated.

I’m stifling an anger that can barely be contained. Who do people like Mr. Marconi think they are?

Mr. Marconi and the Post Chronicle should change the name of their cutesy column to Tattle Tail Tool.

  1. This election is becoming a comic opera. Which one, Barack Obama or Sarah Palin, is more qualified to be President? Read:

  2. INSULTING… think this is the BEST you can do? Just like Brittney Spears sister now we will have an increase in 17 year olds that think it is o.k. to become pregnant. Do you really think the female voter is this ignorant to vote for someone merley because she is a female!!!!! Disgusting…my daughter at 32 years old is more qualified to run this county than Andy of Mayberry from a town of 7,000 people. I was going to vote for McCain but now I see how ridiculous his judgment is. I guess we will see in the election how many ignorant women there are in this country. For my part, I will speak to the educated women and the uneducated that listen to what we say; to make sure they vote for Obama. The Republicans do not realize that these “Hocky Moms” secretly want to be like the intelligent educated women, so we will rise up and convince these shallow little women to vote for Obama…..too bad….WOW…incredible…such stupidity exists in the Republican Party.

  3. #2, keep embarrassing yourself, and putting down women. It’ll work wonders.

  5. #4, in your dreams. #2 is so shallow, and bigoted towards supposed not intelligent not-enough-educated, it’s bone dry, and stands as an embarrassing monument to ignorance.

  6. Note to Eric: Sorry, profanity prevents a post, or a trackback.

My statement is that Obama is in “terror-supporting and/or terror-sympathetic relationships.”

That’s not arguable, and I only need Jeremiah Wright and his bulletins for it to be true. The rest of Wright, and the rest of the people, are merely additional reinforcement.

If you don’t like it, take your boo-hoo to BOOHOO.

  7. #2 (appropriate title for you, btw)…

There, but for the grace of God, go you or I, sister (such a bold statement suggests that your children are already married, so watch out, it could be your grandchildren).

Parents do the best they can to build a solid foundation for their children but they are fallen as well and are bound to make poor judgements. Good to know this girl will not compound the unfortunate situation by murdering her child. Funny that we tend to criticize in others what we hate or fear about ourselves.

And grow up, no one thinks it’s OK to become pregnant out of wedlock…unless you’re a liberal pro-abort degenerate.

Oh, and thanks to this pick, your daughter now has a good shot at veep (given that she has at least a little more sense than her mother).

  8. #2, How condescending and patronizing are you Dems, really??? For years Dems talked, talked, talked of equality for women and blacks and didn’t deliver. The only thing we ever get from the Dem party is token women and blacks who do very little for the country other than to satisfy some self righteous pandering. I say it’s time to fish or cut bait. Either women are equal or not, if not then say so, if they are then stop with the liberal code words because you folks are embarrassing yourselves (Dems) domestically and the country internationally.

Who is being patronizing here and who is pandering?
