Let there be no doubt that Obama would exercise that power to advance an extreme liberal ideology. Several "conservative" pundits who have endorsed Obama have basically said they are just hoping he won't act as president exactly as all the evidence says he will. Willfully ignorant is the only explanation. I was living out of state when Celeste left office and didn't hear the full scope of his pardons and commutations. Do you really think Obama will wait until he is on the way out of office? Would he trust Biden to issue the same pardons if something were to happen to him? Nope.
