  1. it would take about five straight years of 4 percent growth to get us even into the neighborhood of truly recovering what misguided fiscal and monetary policies have lost. Does anyone see that happening?

    Actually, yes, under a Tea Party – Conservative Republican who would undo ALL of the liberal regulatory shackles passed since 2007. There are ample dollars floating around that need to be soaked up in a constructive manner IF the federal budget would be balanced, thus holding down competition for interest rates.
