Funny how the Democrats call the NOL (Net Operating Loss) provision of the Tax Code a “loophole” when basically every OECD country has the same provision.
For example, from page 3 of The Internal Revenue Service Administered Corporate Net Operating Losses Efficiently and Effectively; However, Financial Reporting Could Be Improved
October 13, 2015
The following examples are provisions in place thru August, 2011:
United States: Loss Carryback – 2 years; Loss Carryforward – 20 years
Canada: Loss Carryback – 3 years; Loss Carryforward – 20 years
Australia: Loss Carryback – 0 years; Loss Carryforward – Indefinite
France: Loss Carryback – 3 years; Loss Carryforward – Indefinite
Germany: Loss Carryback – 1 year; Loss Carryforward – Indefinite
France: Loss Carryback – 3 years; Loss Carryforward – Indefinite
Norway: Loss Carryback – 0 years; Loss Carryforward – Indefinite
Sweden: Loss Carryback – 0 years; Loss Carryforward – Indefinite
France: Loss Carryback – 0 years; Loss Carryforward – Indefinite
Denmark: Loss Carryback – 0 years; Loss Carryforward – Indefinite
So, the U.S. NOL “loophole” appears to be fairly common throughout the OECD countries.
Even eutopian “socialist” Scandinavian countries have these “loopholes” Bernie despises (Denmark, Norway, Sweden).

Remember my speculation on Russia’s motives via Wikileaks? Well here is something to confirm the idea they are attempting to undermine Hillary’s credibility IF she should be president. From RT TV:
How 100% of Clintons’ 2015 charity went to themselves

The truth comes from some unlikely places and this is ironically it.
Actually, checking out the RT site on youtube called The Resident, there is a treasure trove of videos paid for by the Russian government. RT TV is Russia’s version of the Voice of America when it actually did it’s job pre-Obama.

Feel good video of the week /sarcasm/:
FBI recorded 7,712 terrorist encounters on US soil last year

btw- the terrorist watch list now has over a million people on it, some of them shouldn’t even be on it. Just in case anyone is thinking about using the list to ban gun ownership or purchase.
