    Sounds just like another politician (Hillary’s Hit List) to me.

    With its 10 campuses, five medical centers and three affiliated national laboratories, UC boasts some of the top-ranking public university campuses in the world. Napolitano frequently notes that it admits more low-income students than its prestigious counterparts; roughly half of all in-state undergraduates have their tuition fully covered by need-based grants.     I never knew UC fully covered roughly half of all in-state undergraduates tuition by need-based grants. That’s an interesting statistic.
