A Congressman Is Shot …

… and the press is already politicizing the event, while the hate patrol on Twitter is out in force engaged in “vile gloating” based on who got hurt (Louisiana Republican Congressman Steve Scalise and others at a GOP softball practice).

The “justifications” include GOP efforts to reform Obamacare and the healthcare system and to preserve the Second Amendment as it was written and as it has been properly interpreted.

Wishing all who were injured a speedy recovery.

Michelle Malkin: “I’ve warned for more than a decade about the unhinged Left’s rhetoric and the despicable double standards that have given progressives immunity as they falsely blamed Republicans and conservatives for every last random outbreak of violence.”

  1. It is time to call this for what it is: Domestic Terrorism

Here are some examples of liberal Democrats advocating violence, they were primed by the Democrat leadership:

You in the FBI and DHS need to get off your PC obfuscation of the Domestic Terrorism issue and take your job seriously or resign. These people need to be pulled in for questioning and placed under surveillance to see who is associating with these people just as they should be doing with Radical Islamic Jahdists. When people like this make public statements to legitimize or incite violence, they are NOT just blowing off steam, they are signaling and shopping for individuals to crowd source the implementation of their hate just like ISIS does, same tactics, same ends. You have more than enough probable cause for a surveillance warrant.

As far as I am concerned, Democrats have now shown their true colors, they are closet tyrants scheming to seize control of the government through intrigue and chaos. The followers of the Democrat leadership have heard the marching orders and are executing the plan. The people cited above are examples of the lower echelon leadership (in military terms the sergeants and non coms) tasked with the implementation of the orders given by the leadership. They are following the ISIS model of distributed organization where isolated leadership groups “suggest” the plan, the next group “facilitates and recruits” the people to execute the plan and the like minded followers in the area are given the instructions to organize/coalesce for the execution of the plan.

It’s a criminal conspiracy and it’s time to prosecute them for it.

  2. Since the FBI and DHS clearly need some help in finding the purveyors of violence, I helpfully offer this link for at least 7 more people who have arguably broken the LAW: What Law? It is a crime to incite violence and it is also a crime to justify it as an accessory after the fact…

The 7 Most Despicable Reactions to the Virginia Ballpark Shooting

IF you want to end the cycle of politically inspired violence, then ENFORCE the LAW! Several high profile arrests followed by prosecutions will quickly nip this spread epidemic of violence…unless your partisan goal is societal chaos by fecklessly refusing to uphold the LAW.

Advocacy of Unlawful Action and the “Incitement Test”
The Issue: When does the First Amendment allow the government to punish individuals for expression that may lead to unlawful conduct?

    The Incitement Test (Brandenburg)
“The constitutional guarantees of free speech and free press do not permit a State to forbid or proscribe advocacy of the use of force or of law violation except where such advocacy is directed to inciting or producing imminent lawless action and is likely to incite or produce such action.”

    Bolds mine

The threshold of “imminent” has been crossed, now go do your J O B! and stop wasting your time with partisan conspiracy theories of Russian bogeymen.

Democrats spewing political hate speech may not be considered incitement, however, the lower echelon cadre who implement the plan by facilitating and recruiting are engaged in the act of inciting according to the SCOTUS ruling.
