  1. I Don’t Care About Charlottesville, the KKK, or White Supremacy

I agree completely and it time to call out Kudlow on his cowardice.

  3. #1. thanks for the link. I liked the video: she has things in perspective!

#2. I think by Kudlow he means one of the National Review commenters. Background info is here:

This typically Republican-supporting website was one of the most ‘never Trump’ websites during the last election. Historically, it was founded by William Buckley…more info at their website.

Politics campaigns is in their “The Corner” blog, and of course the main page for opinion editorials.

Legal stuff is in the blog called “Bench Memos”.

  4. In local news, it’s been weird to see commercials for Ballot Issues so EARLY in the campaign season. Limited research shows the Ballot Language isn’t even agreed to yet (apparently in mediation, and based on one news article, the mediation result will fail the Ohio Sunshine Laws about revenues or have other problems, since the Ohio Ballot Board apparently abdicated their duty to a mediator for the first time in Ohio history…)

This has a lot of ‘apparently this…’ and ‘maybe that…’. Unfortunately, the dis-organization of the SOS webpage on this is not helpful. Prior elections issues seem to be mixed in with lack-of-clarity for if or what has been approved for November.

Only useful actions, at this point are (a) Update your Registration if your residential address for voting purposes has changed, do this now in Aug-Sep NLT 30-days before 2nd-Tuesday in November; and (b) expect lawsuits about the legality of the Ballot Language, so we voters don’t really have to decide anything yet — the Lawyers will be arguing for awhile.

    More later … cheers.
