Under-reported Stories Catch-up (110118)

Filed under: Lucid Links — Tom @ 7:46 am

I’m going to have to settle for three quick items this morning, hopefully adding a few more later today:

Imagine that: “Many of the thousands of migrants streaming north through Mexico in a so-called “caravan” have been deported from the U.S. before, and they have joined the group in hopes of slipping back into America undetected by authorities at the southwest border.”

PETA is one of those unhinged groups which still gets establishment press respect despite more than occasional outbreaks of nuttiness like this: “People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals has declared that milk, cow’s milk specifically, is a white supremacist symbol and should be boycotted.”

New Jersey Democratic Senator Cory Booker is having a MeToo moment — and the press is virtually ignoring it. In fact, the homosexual man making the charge “says he reached out to Ronan Farrow (who exposed Harvey Weinstein’s crimes) but the #MeToo reporter did not show much interest in his story.”
