    What if 90% of the peer-reviewed clinical research, the holy grail of the conventional medical system, is exaggerated, or worse, completely false?

  2. Wish I had time to research, but I’m not at all convinced that carbs are the problem. Back in the day I was a distance runner, and couldn’t get enough carbs.

    I do know that the government’s advice in general has been lousy.
