  1. People dismiss voter fraud concerns and claim there’s no chance it can affect the outcome of a race. Problem with that assertion is how can someone claim that since we are talking about something we can not accurately quantify? We have adequate technology to fix the vote fraud problems. There are primarily two types of vote fraud, voting for someone else and voting as yourself in more than one location. In my opinion majority of it can be caught by tying all voter registrations nationally to a single identifier (SSN?) and requiring state issued picture to vote. The first step would catch those voting in multiple states and second would make it much more difficult to vote for someone else. Also, absentee voting would need to be ended or at a minimum signature would have to be confirmed by a notary.
