  1. From ABC: “The law in question requires such plans to encompass all ‘medically necessary’ care.”

    If this is the criterion, then one must establish all elective abortions as medically necessary. Thus would require someone to say they will be too stressed by having a baby.

    And so all procedures will be covered. Too stressed not having a facelift?

    One can only hope that this is some recognition that a state law can trump a federal law. And thus we invalidate Roe.
